Delete your BrickSurge account

Applies to the BrickSurge app by Genesis Labs.

You can delete your BrickSurge account and all of its data at any time.

Option 1 — In the app (recommended)

1. Open BrickSurge and sign in.
2. Go to Settings.
3. Under Account, tap Delete account.
4. Enter your password and type DELETE to confirm.

Deletion is immediate and permanent.

Option 2 — By email

If you cannot access the app, email bricksurge.app@gmail.com from the address associated with your account and ask us to delete it. We will verify the request and delete the account within 30 days.

What is deleted

• Your account (email address and credentials).
• Your inventory, bins, imported lots and settings.
• Your uploaded photos, processed crops and detection results.
• Any stored BrickLink API credentials.

Your BrickLink store is not modified. Items already synced to your BrickLink store stay there — deleting your account only ends the connection (no further sync). To remove those lots, delete them in your BrickLink store directly.

Some server logs and aggregated, de-identified analytics may be retained for a limited period for security and operational purposes, as described in our Privacy Policy.
