These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the BrickSurge mobile application (the "App"), provided by Genesis Labs ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the App you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
BrickSurge helps you inventory loose LEGO pieces: you photograph a bin, the App detects pieces on device, sends piece crops to a third-party identification service, and lets you review, correct and store the results. If you connect a BrickLink store, the App can reconcile your inventory and prices with it.
You must provide a valid email address and verify it. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old.

The App depends on third-party services, including Brickognize for identification, BrickLink for store sync, Rebrickable for catalog data, Google Firebase for hosting, and RevenueCat for subscription management. We are not responsible for their availability, accuracy or terms, and they may change or be discontinued.
LEGO is a trademark of the LEGO Group, which does not sponsor, authorise or endorse this App. BrickLink, BrickOwl, Rebrickable and Brickset are trademarks of their respective owners. The App is not affiliated with, endorsed by or certified by any of them.
Piece identification is automated and approximate. You are responsible for reviewing and correcting results before relying on them. We are not liable for inventory errors or financial losses resulting from incorrect identification.
Some features are available on a paid subscription ("Pro"). Subscriptions are sold and billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play and are subject to their terms; we use RevenueCat to validate and manage your entitlement. The price, billing period and any trial are shown on the purchase screen before you subscribe. A subscription renews automatically at the then-current price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and any free trial converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled before it ends. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings; deleting the App or your BrickSurge account does not cancel a subscription. Refunds are handled by the store under its policy.
You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time from within the App (Settings → Account → Delete account). We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or to protect the service.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits or goodwill, arising from your use of the App.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, without regard to conflict of law rules.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced in the App or by email. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
